Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is an evidenced based treatment to help manage menopausal symptoms such as hot flushes, night sweats, poor sleep, anxiety and low mood.
CBT helps women experiencing symptoms to recognise and reframe unhelpful thought processes and gives them practical coping straggles to help manage symptoms.
CBT is a psychological therapy and is supported by NICE Menopause guidelines and the British Menopause Society. You can read more about CBT for Menopausal Symptoms here.
